Delete Your PlayMaker Circle Account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to PlayMaker Circle.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, select Delete Account.
4. Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@playmakercircle.com from the address associated with the account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What deletion does

Deletion removes the account login and associated profile and user-created data from active systems, subject to technical dependencies and legal retention requirements. Active subscriptions are canceled as part of the in-app deletion process. Some team or organization records may be retained in de-identified form or transferred to another authorized administrator so that shared records remain usable.

Limited payment, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained where required. Backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation completes.
